Stress is simply a fact of nature forces from the inside or outside world affecting the individual. Internal factors are determine your body's ability to respond to and deal with the external stress inducing factors. Which influences your avility to handle stress include your nutritional status, overall health and fitness levels, emotional well being, and the amount of sleep and rest you set.
Abnormal stress responses as causing disease or conditions. These include anxiety disorders, depression andsubstance abuse. It can affect virtually any organ system being associated with condition as diverse as skin rashes high blood pressure, cardivascular diseases, certain gastrointestinal disease, some cancers and even the process of aging itself. So, how to reduces, prevent and cope with stress?. It my seem that there's nothing you can do about your stress level. The bills aren't going to stop coming, there will never bemore hours in the day for all your ernands, and your career of family responsibilities will always be demanding but you have a lot more control than you might think.
In fact, the simple realization that you're in contol of yours life is the foundation of stress management, managing stress ia all about taking charge : taking charge of your thoughts, your emotions, your schedute, your environment andthe ways you deal with problems.
